Exchange and Return Policy

Returns:
Returns are allowed within 1 day only from the date of receiving the order for ready-made items, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchanges:
Exchanges for ready-made items are allowed within 3 days from the date of receipt, and the customer is responsible for the exchange shipping cost.

Custom Orders (Made-to-Order / Personalized Items):
There is no return or exchange for custom-made orders under any circumstances, as they are produced specifically based on the customer’s request.
